What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Comfort Guarantee.' If you aren't completely satisfied with your first pair, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, even if they have been worn and washed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
How should I care for my Underoutfit garments?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
